In AstroYoga, we can review:
- your natal chart, sometimes called your astrological chart or birth chart, which is a snapshot of the placements of the planets in the sky at the exact moment of your birth, which gives us information about the energies you enter this life with, the work your soul intends for you to do, in what life areas challenges may arise, etc.,
- a transit chart , which is a snapshot of the placements of the planets in the sky at this moment, which gives us information about the energies we are collectively working with currently, or
- a chart which shows how the current placements of the planets are influencing your natal chart placements
and develop yoga practices which can help you balance these energies. For these sessions, I can review your natal chart, current transits, or both, & develop a yoga sequence intended to help you balance energies. Practice time will be approximately one hour, with time reserved for brief discussion before & after.

If I do not receive this information, your sequence will be based on the current planetary placements.
